For a personal Gmail account, turn on 2-Step Verification and create an app password. For Google Workspace, use the mailbox’s SMTP access. Infiara connects to smtp.gmail.com on port 587 with TLS and sends a test message before any campaign uses the mailbox.
Gmail and Google Workspace both limit how much a mailbox can send each day. Set a daily cap on each mailbox in Infiara and the campaign stops at that ceiling, then continues the next sending window. Add more Workspace mailboxes and campaigns rotate across them.
Skip the browser extension and the spreadsheet. Import a CSV, write one email with {{firstName}} and {{company}} merge fields, and set follow-ups that stop automatically when a contact replies.
Infiara reads replies from the Gmail mailbox over IMAP and labels them Meeting, Interested, Pricing, Out of office, or Not interested. Positive replies become tasks so nobody on the team misses a lead.
