Infinoid Technologies Private Limited operates Infiara from offices in New Delhi and Noida. Company site: www.infinoid.com.
Infiara is an AI email automation workspace. You connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP. You remain the sender of record.
What we collect
Workspace accounts store name, email, hashed passwords, connected mailbox settings (encrypted SMTP credentials), leads you import, campaign content, and reply metadata needed to send and classify mail.
We do not sell a contact database. Lists you import stay inside the workspace that imported them.
How we use it
We use this data only to operate Infiara: send from mailboxes you connect, track opens, clicks, and unsubscribes, classify replies, open tasks, and bill the workspace.
We do not sell contact lists. We do not use your leads to market Infinoid’s other services without your instruction.
Mail you send
Outbound mail is sent through the SMTP host you connect. Recipients can unsubscribe. Tracking pixels and signed click wraps are used only for campaigns you launch.
Inbox placement depends on your domain, DNS, list quality, and host. Infiara does not guarantee placement.
Processors
If you enable OpenAI or Stripe keys in config, those providers process the data you send them under their terms. Hosting, DNS, and mailbox providers you choose are under your control.
Retention
Workspace data stays until the client is removed by the platform admin or you delete records in the app. Unsubscribe and suppression records are kept so that address is not mailed again from that workspace.
