What Infiara is

Infiara is an AI-powered email automation workspace from Infinoid Technologies Private Limited. You connect a mailbox, import a list, write one letter, and Infiara runs the operating loop: personalize, send, follow up, stop on reply, label intent on live IMAP, and open tasks. It is the strongest fit when outbound must run on mailboxes you control.

Infiara does not replace Google or Microsoft. It does not sell a contact database. It does not send from a shared pool. It runs the loop most revenue teams still stitch together by hand.

What Infiara is

A workspace where you connect SMTP, import a list, write one personalized letter, launch a sequence, and read replies as intent. Intelligence is IMAP on the live mailbox — not a separate “engagement” product. Ask AI on every page can walk an operator through setup and, after you sign in, draft and launch a campaign when you confirm.

The product is built for US-English operators who send from Gmail, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 first, with custom SMTP when the host is already in place.

What Infiara is not

It is not a newsletter ESP. There is no drag-and-drop broadcast canvas, no AMP carousel, and no forever-free contact cap used as the commercial model. Mailercloud, Mailchimp, Brevo, and MailerLite remain the right tools if the job is a list and a campaign calendar.

It is not a shared IP or “done for you” inbox. You remain the sender of record. Inbox placement depends on your domain, DNS, list quality, and host — Infiara does not guarantee placement.

How it works

Six steps. Each one is a screen in the product. Ask AI names those screens when you are signed in: senders, leads import, campaign new, domains, inbox, follow-ups, billing.

    Open a workspace

    Each workspace is an isolated operating unit: leads, mailboxes, campaigns, inbox, tasks, analytics, and billing stay inside that boundary. Agencies run many workspaces from one install.

  2. 02

    Connect a mailbox

    Gmail (app password), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or custom SMTP. Infiara authenticates to your host and sends as that mailbox. There is no shared Infiara sending pool and no rented IP.

  3. 03

    Import the list

    CSV with email, first_name, last_name, company, and title. Duplicate addresses and suppressed contacts are skipped. Lists never leave the workspace.

  4. 04

    Write one letter

    One body, merge fields {{firstName}} {{company}} {{title}} {{email}}, optional A/B subjects. Sending windows default to weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM in the workspace timezone, with a daily cap per mailbox.

  5. 05

    Launch the sequence

    Day 0 send, then bump and close on the cadence you set. The moment a contact replies, that sequence stops. Campaigns can rotate across the mailbox pool by remaining daily cap.

  6. 06

    Operate the inbox

    IMAP reads the real mailbox. AI labels Meeting, Interested, Pricing, Out of office, and Not interested. Positive threads become tasks. Unsubscribes are permanent suppressions.

Command Center
Workspace home: sent, delivered, opens, clicks, replies, and positive intent for the campaigns that are live right now.
Leads
CSV import scoped to the workspace. Fields drive merge and personalization. Quota is per workspace, not a vendor contact meter.
Campaigns
Draft, schedule, launch, pause, or resume. Attach one mailbox or rotate the pool. Status and volume stay on the campaign record.
Merge fields
{{firstName}} {{company}} {{title}} {{email}} are replaced per contact at send time. Empty fields do not leak placeholders.
A/B subjects
Two subjects at launch on the same campaign. No second campaign, no duplicate list.
Sending windows
Weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM in the workspace timezone unless you change them. Sends outside the window wait.
Mailbox pool
Round-robin among connected mailboxes that still have daily cap remaining. A paused or unhealthy mailbox is skipped.
Follow-ups
Bump, close, and stop-on-reply. Cadence is daily, every three days, or weekly — configured on the campaign.
AI Inbox
Five labels on live IMAP: Meeting, Interested, Pricing, Out of office, Not interested. The label is the operating signal, not a vanity tag.
Tracking
Open pixel, signed click redirects, and a one-click unsubscribe link on every send. Unsigned clicks do not redirect.
Templates
Save the letter that works and reuse it. Templates are workspace-scoped.
CRM tasks
Meeting, Interested, and Pricing can open a task so a person follows the thread. The sequence does not keep mailing that contact.
Suppressions
Unsubscribes and manual blocks never receive mail from that workspace again.
Automations
On intent: create a task, delay the sequence, pause a sender, or suppress the address.
Analytics
Campaign and mailbox performance: volume, opens, clicks, replies, bounces. Used to decide whether to keep sending.
DNS
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC belong on your domain. Infiara shows the records to publish; it does not host your DNS.
Workspaces
Isolated clients: people, mailboxes, lists, campaigns, and invoices do not cross workspace lines.
Compose
A one-off from a connected mailbox when you need a single letter, not a campaign.
Ask AI
On-site assistant. Guests get product answers. Signed-in operators get a setup guide that can draft a campaign and launch it when you confirm.
Billing
Growth is billed inside the workspace. Public pages do not meter a contact list. You send from mailboxes you connect.

Intelligence

Replies land as intent.

Classification runs on mail that actually arrived in the connected inbox. The five labels are the operating vocabulary. Outcomes below are what the workspace does with those labels — not a promise about inbox placement.

Infiara does not meter a contact list — you send from mailboxes you connect. AMP is an ESP format; Infiara’s equivalent is a live AI inbox. “Paid plan starting from” for Infiara is the in-app Growth workspace, not a public list-size SKU.

Infiara sends only after SMTP succeeds. Campaigns fan out across the pool you attach. Daily caps are ceilings you set so a Google or Microsoft plan is not the first thing that fails.

How a live workspace behaves.

These are product rules, not slogans. They are the same constraints an operator sees after sign-in.

Sender of record
You are the sender. Mail goes out From the connected mailbox. Infiara is the operating system, not the ISP.
Daily caps
Each mailbox has a daily cap. The pool skips a mailbox that is paused, failing tests, or out of cap.
Stop on reply
A reply ends that contact’s sequence. The rest of the campaign continues for people who have not written back.
Out of office
OOO labels can delay the sequence instead of treating the auto-reply as a conversation.
Bounces
A bounce spike can pause the mailbox so you fix DNS or the list before volume resumes.
Unsubscribe
One-click unsubscribe is on every send. That address is suppressed for the workspace and is not mailed again.
Compliance
You must follow CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR where it applies, and your mailbox host’s acceptable use policy. Infiara does not replace legal review.

Infiara workspaces keep each client isolated — mailboxes, campaigns, analytics, and billing. Invite seats are per workspace. A person can belong to more than one workspace with the same login. Members do not get Senders or Billing unless an owner grants that role.

Does Infiara send from its own servers or IPs?

No. Infiara submits mail to SMTP you connect — Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or custom SMTP. Reputation stays on your domain and host.

How is this different from Mailercloud, Mailchimp, Brevo, or MailerLite?

Those products are broadcast-first ESPs: lists, templates, and plan caps. Infiara is an AI outbound loop on mailboxes you own: personalize, send, follow up, classify replies, open tasks.

What does “fully AI automation” mean here?

AI writes the operating loop, not a plugin on a newsletter tool: merge fields, follow-ups that stop on reply, IMAP classification (Meeting, Interested, Pricing, OOO, Not interested), and tasks from positive intent.

Can an agency run more than one client?

Yes. Each client is a workspace. Leads, mailboxes, campaigns, inbox, analytics, and billing do not cross that boundary.

Where is pricing?

Billing lives inside the signed-in workspace (Growth). This public site does not sell a metered contact list. You send from mailboxes you connect.

What does Ask AI do?

On the public site it answers product questions. After you sign in it becomes a setup guide: mailbox, CSV, campaign copy, and launch when you say “Launch it.” Do not paste mailbox passwords into chat.

Do you host our DNS?

No. You publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on the domain you send from. Infiara shows the records and whether they verify.
