Most cold email tools push your outreach through shared infrastructure or ask you to buy look-alike domains. Infiara requires neither. It authenticates to the mailbox you connect and sends as that mailbox, so replies land in the inbox your team already reads and reputation stays on your domain.
Each mailbox has its own daily cap. Campaigns rotate across the mailboxes you attach by remaining cap, and sends wait for the weekday window you set — 9 AM to 5 PM in the workspace timezone by default.
Personalization without the spreadsheet gymnastics
Import a CSV with email, first name, last name, company, and title. Merge fields like {{firstName}}, {{company}}, and {{title}} are filled per contact at send time, and empty fields never leak a raw placeholder. Test two subject lines on the same campaign with A/B subjects.
Follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies
Set a bump and a close on a daily, three-day, or weekly cadence. When a contact writes back, their sequence ends immediately — nobody gets a “just bumping this” after they already answered. Out-of-office replies can delay the sequence instead of counting as a conversation.

Is cold email legal?
Cold B2B email is legal in many markets when you follow the rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, and GDPR in the EU. Infiara adds a one-click unsubscribe to every send and suppresses that address permanently, but it does not replace legal review.
How many cold emails can I send per day?
Your mailbox host sets the limit. Gmail is typically around 500 per day, and Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 follow your plan. Infiara lets you set a lower daily cap on each mailbox and rotates across several mailboxes.
Do I need new domains for cold email with Infiara?
No. Infiara sends from mailboxes you connect. Publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on the domain you send from, and Infiara shows whether they verify.
