Follow-up automation

Automated follow-ups that stop when they reply.

Most replies come after the second or third email. Infiara sends every follow-up on time and ends the sequence the moment someone writes back.

In short

Automated email follow-ups are scheduled messages sent to contacts who have not replied. In Infiara you set a cadence (daily, every three days, or weekly) with a bump and a close; the sequence stops for a contact the moment a reply is detected in the connected inbox.

Set the cadence once

Choose daily, every three days, or weekly. Day 0 is the first send, followed by a bump and a close. Every follow-up goes out from a connected mailbox inside your weekday sending window.

A reply is a hard stop

Infiara watches the connected inbox over IMAP. When a contact replies, their sequence ends — no awkward follow-up after they already said yes, or no. The rest of the campaign continues for people who have not written back.

Out of office handled correctly

Auto-replies are labeled Out of office, and the sequence can pause for that contact (seven days by default) instead of counting the auto-reply as a conversation.

Interested replies become tasks

Meeting, Interested, and Pricing replies open a task so a person picks up the thread. Not interested replies stop the sequence, and unsubscribes are suppressed permanently.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many follow-up emails should I send?

Two follow-ups after the first email — a bump and a close — is a common pattern. Infiara lets you set the cadence per campaign.

Will follow-ups go to people who already replied?

No. A reply detected in the connected inbox stops that contact’s sequence immediately.
