AI inbox

An AI inbox that sorts replies by intent.

Stop reading every reply to find the five that matter. Infiara labels incoming replies on the live mailbox and routes them to the right next step.

In short

AI email reply classification reads each reply and labels its intent. Infiara reads replies from your connected mailbox over IMAP and labels them Meeting, Interested, Pricing, Out of office, or Not interested, then creates tasks for positive replies and stops or delays the sequence.

Five labels that drive action

Meeting request, Interested, Pricing, Out of office, and Not interested. Each label maps to an operating outcome: open a task, pause the sequence, delay a follow-up, or suppress the address.

Runs on your real mailbox

Classification uses IMAP on the Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP mailbox you connected. There is no separate inbox to forward mail into.

Automations on intent

Turn labels into actions: create a CRM task, delay a sequence, pause a sender, or suppress an address. Positive replies never get another automated bump.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which AI model classifies replies?

Infiara uses a large language model to read each reply and assign one of five labels. You can review and act on every label in the inbox.

Can I correct a label?

Yes. Operators see every thread and decide the next step; the label is a signal, not a lock.
