Infiara is AI-powered email automation. You connect your own mailboxes. You are the sender of record. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR where applicable, and your mailbox host’s acceptable use policy.
Infiara is not a newsletter ESP, a shared sending pool, or a replacement for Google or Microsoft. Company site: www.infinoid.com.
Accounts and workspaces
Each workspace is an isolated operating unit. Leads, mailboxes, campaigns, inbox, analytics, and billing do not cross workspace lines. You are responsible for who you invite and for the mail sent from mailboxes you connect.
Acceptable use
No harvested lists, no unsolicited spam, no impersonation, no malware. One-click unsubscribe must remain on campaign mail. We may pause a workspace that harms deliverability or violates these terms.
Your content
You own leads, copy, and mailbox credentials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to run the product.
No warranty
Inbox placement is not guaranteed. The product is provided as-is. Liability is limited to fees paid for the workspace in the prior 30 days, to the extent permitted by law.
